HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS:-    A 50 yr old female patient who is agricultural  labour by occupation   was apparently asymptomatic  10days ago  and then she developed  high  grade fever continous fever with no h/o of chills . Fever associated  with cough and cold then she went to a local hospital were treatment taken and subsided. Then fever reappeared  3 days ago high grade fever associated  with  chills .
