HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS:-    A 50 yr old female patient who is agricultural  labour by occupation   was apparently asymptomatic  10days ago  and then she developed  high  grade fever continous fever with no h/o of chills . Fever associated  with cough and cold then she went to a local hospital were treatment taken and subsided. Then fever reappeared  3 days ago high grade fever associated  with  chills . CHEIF COMPLAINT: 47year old  female patient came to hospital with complaint of pain in the abdomen. HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS: A  47yr old female patient who is housewife was apparently  had abdominal pain from onemonth and aggravates on taking oily foods and reduced by taking  medication. HISTORY OF PAST ILLNESS:  Not a k/c/o hypertension Not a k/c/o diabetes mellitus. No Tb,BA,CAD,CVD PERSONAL HISTORY: Married Appetite: Normal Mixed diet Allergies:-No  Adequate  sleep Menstrual history:- Age of menarche: 12yrs Age of menopause  : 45 yrs Regular bowel movements Normal  micturation  FAMILY HISTORY: No history of dia
